The KL1232 digital input terminal acquires the binary 24\u00a0V\u00a0DC control signals from the process level and transmits them, in an electrically isolated form, to the higher-level automation unit. The Bus Terminal has two channels, whose signal state is displayed by light emitting diodes. The KL1232 has an input circuit that extends positively switched signals to 100\u00a0ms. The trigger takes place on the positive edge. The Bus Terminal is particularly well suited for the acquisition of very short signals in control systems with a longer processing time than the signal length.<\/p>\n
